A Recipe for Peace?

The Iranian

Foreign Minister, Ali Akbar Salehi, said Tuesday that he hopes for ?an imminent rapprochement? between what he called the ?two pillars of the Muslim world,? Iran and Egypt.

In an international conference on the ?Islamic awakening? in Tehran, Salehi noted that strengthened bonds between the two countries would bring ?regional peace, stability, and security.?

The Islamic Republic of Iran plus the Muslim Brotherhood, does not sound like such a recipe for peace, stability, and security?

U.S. ready for Iran?

The United States announced over the weekend that it is “very ready” to counter Iran should the regime try to start a war.

But what if Iran attacks with an EMP and renders all of America’s society and infrastructure out of commission? Then how ready will we be? Maybe we should have more of a plan.

Wikileaks Exposed Iran’s Vulnerability

News update: The leader of Iran’s opposition, Mir Hossein Mousavi, said Wikileaks revealed the regime’s vulnerability, as Arab leaders have entreated the U.S. to destroy Iran’s nuclear program. The leaked cables, according to Mousavi, show that Iran is left without allies in the region. The opposition leader blamed Ahmadinejad for not forming real allies with neighboring Arab countries.

Iranian Missiles in Venezuela

Iran has plans to bring missiles to Venezuela.

According to the Nov. 25 edition of the German paper, Die Welt, Venezuela agreed in October, to let Iran establish a military base operated by both Iranian and Venezuelan missile officers, and soldiers of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard.

Iran’s missiles are not-so-slowly getting closer to America’s borders…
