If you don't have a webcam you can make your video on any device which allows you to record video (phone, camera or video camera).

Remember to record your message clearly and make sure the sound is loud.

Then save the video to your computer and upload it to you tube by clicking the upload option here: http://upload.youtube.com/my_videos_upload 

Then proceed to step 4 and copy and paste the link to the video in the space provided.
